If your business accepted Visa and/or Mastercard between 2004 - 2019, you may be included in a $5.5 billion Settlement.

If you have received a Claim Form indicating that you are part of the Settlement Class, you will have 10-character alphanumeric "Claimant ID" and a 4 - 6 digit "Control Number". This will be found near the bottom of the Claim Form.
